4th of July cupcakes

These were fun. And toxic looking. But that's what made them so fun. Hey, what's better than a little sugar & a lot of red food dye?

The kids loved them. L-O-V-E-D them.

Two things I learned. 7 min frosting is delish & easy to make. Colored sugar absolutely wrecks the texture of cake. Felt like eating cupcakes at the beach.
